What Does it Mean to Transgress the Commandment of lIfe? (Romans 5:18, Belgic Confession Article 14, LD 2) | 2008-2009 Catechism Sermons

There is no doubt that we receive Heaven for the sake of Christ and His merits. We find our way to this eternal rest by taking hold of Christ by faith in the power of the Spirit. In what sense then does the law give life? How can we speak of a commandment of life?
