Yahweh continues forth with his holy war against the Serpent seed. We see Mordacai honoring one ruler (Ahahsuerus the great) while dishorning another ruler (Hamaan) in the lineage of Agag. The tension heightens as now the serpet seed carries out what the Egyptians tried to do: exterminate the enemy seed. This is not merely ethnic cleansing, but an attempt to build a city of glory on this earth rather than in heaven.
