When we listen to the parting speech of Christ there seems to be a bit of a contradiction. On the one hand his father is the vinedresser and Christ is the vine. Yet, we are told that we are to abide in Christ as He gives us new life. So, why do we abide in Christ? What is the hope that we have as those who are in this vine? How do we know if we have abided enough in the vine? If you are curious about these questions please stay tuned to our sermon titled, "Abide in Me."
