The Joy of Giving (2 Corinthians 8:1-15)

Paul exhorts the Corinthians to excel in this grace as well. He gives this exhortation in the context of the offering collected for the Jerusalem churches. Is Paul holding forth some sort of program that guarantees that as the Corinthians give they will receive more grace? Is he promising that the more we give to the church the more we receive from the Lord? People might try to make such claims from 2 Corinthians, but is this really what Paul is saying? Please stay tuned to our sermon titled, "The Joy of Giving."
